The O Museum in the Mansion in DC is the craziest museum ever – It is a vast mansion with 80 secret doors to find and over 100 rooms holding the unique collections and memorabilia from the most famous artists, musicians, authors, athletes, scientist, scholars, historians and more. • Coach use in Washington DC & NYC (except for 2 x concert transfers)
• Cost of the transport of instruments from the UK to the USA (return)
• Hire of instruments in the USA
• Instrument insurance

Please note that we will not have coach use in Washington DC or New York except airport transfers. It is extremely easy to walk and use the metro in both cities. I have included return coach transfers in DC and NYC for 5 x performances (2 in DC & 3 in NYC).

Payment Structure:

1^st Deposit: £375 per paying student

2^nd Deposit: Up to 50% of the tour price (minus the 1^st deposit) – 8 weeks after you have booked. If you book prior to the 31^st July, 2^nd deposits will be due by 27^th September 2024

Final Balance: Due 10 weeks prior to departure (17^th April 2025)

Performance venues are subject to availability after you have booked your tour with us. If we were unable to get the venues that I’ve based your package on, then we’d look at the ones mentioned above. This may incur additional costs which I’ve listed next to the venue if there is a cost. Most there is not an additional cost for.

The American Dream (see HERE) is a huge indoor entertainment and retail complex with shopping and dining plus a theme park, a water park and ski slope within. I’ve attached a few photos – it is mental! There is a performance stage right in the centre of the Mall which would attract many passersby. I’ve included tickets to the theme park and waterpark to spend the day here.

I hereby acknowledge that Hot House Music has a zero tolerance policy for aggression and abuse directed towards their staff and actions may be referred to the local authorities for resolution.

I hereby give consent that my participating child may attend the Hot House Music tour. Media files (photos/videos or sound recordings) of the student in the education sessions or performances may be used in publicity, news articles and on social media platforms.

I hereby give consent that my participating child will follow the safeguarding guidelines as outlined by the Hot House Music tour staff for this tour. Failure to follow these guidelines may place your child and other students at risk, therefore, the company reserves the right for the safeguarding team to conduct an assessment and review which may result in the removal of your child from the tour. All costs of this action will be levied upon the customer not the company or travel provider.

I acknowledge that the Hot House Music tour staff may need to amend the itinerary (in line with their dynamic onsite risk assessments) to ensure a safe and secure tour experience for all tour attendees.

I hereby give consent for Hot House Music tour staff to act “in loco parentis” for the welfare of my child whilst on tour.

I acknowledge that, should my child be involved with any activity deemed inappropriate to other members on the tour (which may include but is not limited to: abuse, racism, vandalism, accessing banned substances and going AWOL), my child may be sent home early and I am liable to cover additional all excess travel/staff costs.

I hereby consent for Hot House Music to complete the ‘Group Booking Form’ on behalf of my child.

I hereby acknowledge that both I and my participating child will be required to attend the pre-tour safety briefing in person.

I hereby accept that I am required to disclose all medical conditions & prescribed medication of my participating child by 01.6.2025 to the safeguarding team to ensure the welfare and safety of my child and other students whilst on tour.

I acknowledge that I am going to be required to sign consent and “in loco parentis” forms within 7 days of travel, and that should there not be a signed form, my participating child will not be allowed to attend the tour.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that my participating childs passport, visa waiver (ESTA) and all other relevant travel documents are provided to Hot House Music within their prescribed time frame.

All participants are required to be enrolled with a #hhmusicderby ensemble at time of booking through to the end of the tour.

This is a Hot House Music Tour operated by Halsbury Travel on behalf of Hot House Music (BEMBENO LLP t/a Hot House Music) with prices based on a minimum group size of 20 participants. I accept that, on behalf of all participants, Hot House Music will complete a group booking form upon the minimum group size being reached. Should minimum numbers of 20 paying participants not be met and as a result, the tour cannot go ahead, you will be refunded in full.
